For over 20 years, Direct Tyre Management (DTM) has been supporting UK fleets with tyre management, roadside support and digital reporting that helps improve safety, compliance and operational efficiency.

The acquisition of TreadTracker in July 2026 marks an important next step in DTM’s continued development. TreadTracker has built a strong reputation for helping operators move away from paper-based tyre inspection processes and towards real-time digital tyre data, giving fleets improved visibility of tyre condition, stronger preventative maintenance capability and clearer compliance reporting.

Bringing TreadTracker into the Direct Tyre Management group creates an opportunity to combine its specialist technology and intellectual property with DTM’s established tyre management expertise, national service capability and existing suite of compliance and online reporting tools.

Looking ahead, DTM intends to further integrate the TreadTracker application into its comprehensive digital ecosystem, providing customers with deeper insight, smarter reporting and an increasingly proactive approach to tyre management.
